"I have tried several times to reach out to them for my wedding hair and makeup (email, Facebook messenger, voice-mail). No one will respond. I can see on Facebook messenger that they have looked at my messages, and still no response. Update: I finally got a response on Facebook messenger more than a month later. She told me that her 8 year old was the one "reading" my messages. Yet I sent messages on different days, so I guess her 8 year old ia on her business page all the time. She failed to mention my email and voice-mail that I also left for her. Guess someone else read and listened to those as well. She only responded to me after I left my review."

Roo, Abe, and Sienna make a great team, and the morning was flexible and so fun. They arrived on-time and kept us on track without a rigorous, stress-inducing schedule. All of my bridesmaids and mom were so happy with their hair and makeup - which isn’t always easy to say for a bridal party. They were able to get my MIL in for an updo, even though she wasn’t originally planned for in our numbers. We laughed a ton with the team and it just made for the perfect start to our day. I felt beautiful and like myself in my makeup - which was important to me. Our hair lasted through a night of dancing and partying.
