"This place is my favorite go to! I highly recommend and come here almost every week. My kids love it here. They always go above and beyond on my service and when I needed help management met all my needs. The service is quick and I love how I can order and pay on my phone. The snacks are the best and the food is always delicious. The seats are roomy and I love how they recline."

"I saw that they use robots to move the food to the theater but there was nobody watching the food and the food is not covered up so anyowalking by can have access to the food very easily, our food was left on the robot for about 10 minutes without anyone from the theater coming to bring it to us, so we just took it ourselves. I don't like that at all and will never order food again from there. The seats were comfortable but do not recline. The place is clean and what people we did see there working seemed nice. The food was just okay. But like I said we will never order again as the food was not protected and with things today anything could have happened to it."

"We had a company event here the other week in Dec 2022, and it went really well. The manager was really nice and checked on us a few times while we were checking our employees in. We had a great turn out and everyone had positive feed back for their experience. We ended up with over 300 people for our 4 show times. We will definitely be using LOOK in Redlands again. The decor and atmosphere is updated and modern and the seats were pretty comfy. I didn't try to get food while I was in the movie this time. But it seems pretty easy. I did order food through the bar and it was fine that way. The food was pretty good. They make their shakes fresh and with real add ins, I liked their sweet potato fries also. It does take a bit longer for the food to get to you but when it is being made yo order like a restaurant and delivered to you, I feel that is to be expected. The name does say Dine-in. So I would suggest getting there early and order ahead. Or as soon as possible, especially if the movie you are going to see is a shorter one (like under 2 hours)."
