"Pleasant event venue, though a bit difficult to find if you're expected to enter via the back plaza/garden area. Google Maps does *not* identify the location correctly for walking directions, and I ran into several other wedding guests that were as confused as I was on surrounding blocks trying to find our way in."
"Ambiance of courtyard is nice, but they miss things when hosting events, some big and some small. Like not having a functioning elevator (hello ADA Act, hello OSHA) for those who can't climb their stairs and instead making them walk all the way UP and AROUND the building to get to the appetizer room area. Or not having seating available for older people in the appetizer room area. Or not having someone check the restrooms midway thru an event and restock the paper towels so guests don't have to air-dry their hands."
