"A few weeks ago I hit a coyote with my car in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. After realizing that I had done something to my radiator and my car was over heating I was left to leave my car on the side of the road! (which at age 24 I have NEVER had to do) I then had to have my car towed. I had my car towed to Collision and after talking with one of the employees there they actually got me a rental from them on Sunday afternoon! (which was amazing seeming as I needed a car to get to work Monday morning) Once my car was there Greg Slack as well as Jennifer Klaas helped me with ALL my questions, and believe me there were a lot! I would recommend Collision Specialist to anyone! They did a great job on my car got it back to me within 5 days and just made EVERYTHING about the process SOOOO easy! "Three months after purchasing my brand new car, I had someone pull out in front of me and I damaged my front bumper. Needless to say this was very upsetting to me with it being a brand new car. Greg at Collision Specialists was awesome to work with. This was my first car accident in my life and he helped me through the entire process and made it very easy for me to get my car fixed. He came to my place of employment to get the estimate on the car damage, set up my loaner car, and kept me informed of everything going on. He worked around my schedule and had my car fixed within a few days of it going into the shop. I am also very pleased with the work on my car and was surprised that the shop followed up with me a few days after getting my car back to make sure everything was okay with my car. "From the beginning, Collision Specialists were friendly and very helpful. My car was sideswiped during the middle of the night and they made it look brand new. I also had some primer exposed on the rear bumper, still not sure where that came from, and they worked with the money I had to make that spot look ten times better. They are a great place to do business and very fast with their work. They even dropped my car off at my place of business because I work during their hours of operation. "After hitting a deer with my wife's car about 12 hours after we bought it, I took it to Collision Specialists. Understanding that this was a stressful situation, Greg and his staff made sure that I understood every step of the repair and claim process. Greg worked with my insurance agent to make sure that my claim and repair process started immediately. I had my car repaired and looking better than when I bought it within a reasonable time frame. After I got my car back, Greg followed up with me to make sure everything was repaired to my liking.
