City Center Motel

"At the reception they treated me very rudely. In the bathroom there was a lot of dirt and cockroaches behind the sink. The sheets at the height of the feet were dirty, it is seen that they are not changed. I’m disappointed with this motel"

"Great price for the location in Downtown. Wasnt the quiestest place or the nicest but in a pinch it did the trick. Indian owner was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend if you need to save money and are not super picky."

"Decent rooms but Very old fashioned. No real complaints. Was here for work and i will stay agaIn when on a budget. Price was cheapest in town. Why is every hotel so expensive? 150$ +/ person. They act like they're all hilton or Sheraton. Omg."

"Having and unexpected trip to San Jose and limited funds, I wound up at this super janky, motel. I had just parked and a woman, sticks her head, out of the office door and asks if I have a room, I tell her, No, don't have a room here but I'm currently looking for one..." the rude lady, precedes to tell me that she has ZERO rooms available and in order to stay here, I must reserve a room, TWO WEEKS in advance!!! Well...that would've been really awesome, had I known I was coming two weeks ago, I would've had no problem, however...I have called, 3 times, once yesterday and two times, today but to no avail, no answer. It's a shame, one of the, old stick-in the mud b movies"

"I had stayed here once before, so I knew what to expect from the room for the most part. This second time I stayed was a new low: the sink leaked all over the bathroom, there were stains on the sheets, and what could only be identified as a booger on the wall. Gross.. whatever. I woke up at about 10:30, and called down to see if I could get a late checkout (as in, I Googled the motel and called from my cell because there is no phone OR anything with their number in the room). They answered with their persistent, unprofessional "Hello", making you wonder every time if you actually called the motel. I was told checkout was 11 and I could absolutely NOT have a late checkout. Whatever. I start getting ready to leave and the manager was AT MY ROOM AT 10:59 KNOCKING to make sure I didn't stay a second over what I paid for. I made my irritation notable, and attempted to ask the woman why she was more concerned with having empty rooms than satisfied customers. She would absolutely NOT have a conversation with me, and when I told her I would NEVER stay there again, she told me that doesn't matter to her because "different people come back." Do yourself a favor and do not even drive by this pathetic excuse for motel."
