"I am slightly disappointed on how dirty the seats and floor were when we went and many of the chairs had a not so pleasant smell. Popcorn was very fresh yet pricey and they did have all the yummy treats but again pricey. As much as they charge for everything one would think they could invest a little into some febreeze to spray on the seats a couple times a week and make sure armrests are not sticky. They have plenty of people working standing around doing a bunch of not a damn thing so what is the problem? The sound and screen were great but who wants to pay $20+ be stuck in a smelly sticky seat and hear crunch under your feet or have it be slippery while walking ? Is it pee? Is it puke? Soda? Water? Who know between the smell of the seats and the floor. Do better ! Please!"
"Comfy seats. Haven't been here for almost 3 years, but it was nice. AMC still leads the game in premium offerings, but Edward's still can be a nice place to watch a flick. I am marking it 4 starz based on my personal experience with a movie I just saw there. It started 30 min late. We were all staring at a dark screen for 30 minutes for no apparent reason other than someone forgot to queue up the movie."
"Movies are great but security needs to focus on the moviegoers instead of harassing the nearby homeless crowd. Fire alarm went off a few days ago and the security guard was too busy meddling with the homeless, he was late attending the moviegoers crowd. What is the security guards focused on? The patrons spending money or harassing homeless who stay out of the way of the crowd. Looks like owners need to set up new team training and focus on securing the theatre, not harassing harmless homeless that are JUST walking by minding their own business."
"Place is ran down and gross. I feel like I need a hepatitis shot after sitting in the nasty seat. This theater has definitely seen better days. Will not be coming back to this location any time soon. On top of the appearance of things, the sound quality sucked. Almost like maybe a 1/4 of the speakers were working. Theatre needs a lot of work"
"Just went today to see Yesterday at this theater. Love the seating with the great reclining seats. The place is a bit smaller than La Verne but it is just as good. We had a wonderful time. The food is pretty expensive, but all movie theater popcorn and drinks are expensive. I highly recommend this theater."
