Motel 6 San Jose, CA - Airport

"Stay away from this place there are cockroaches, and spiders big ones crawling around, like a Jumanji jungle like 40-50 came out from under the appliances and awe man it was disgusting, bugs splatter everywhere. Just stay away! There is nothing noteworthy to apply here!"

"The manager was a rotten person , the cleaning stuff was weird first three days no one cleaned nothing then they acted surprised when we asked for room service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Immoral practices in my experience. Told I can check in at 5 am for room. [ it's 150 am and 50 degrees outside. No prorate price. Greedy establishment want $90 for 3 hrs. Oh an best part is there is a total of 10 ppl staying here. Human kindness would say its 3 hrs. An the rooms empty and clean. An this person is willing to pay a reasonable price for the 3 hrs. Why not retain that room sale and fill a room charge $15 prorated plus the 1 day. I would have stayed for 5 days working in the bay area. They missed out on $450 because they wanted to charge me $90 for 3 hrs . Employee / owner tried to say the system does not allow him to generate key or prorate. Which is a bold face lie. Just because it's a franchise does not mean it's a different system. Greedy property . Located in a great location with DENNYS very close. An plenty of rooms because they over charge for them instead of filling them and making money. STAY AT THE HYATT HOUSE RIGHT NEXT TO IT."

"Terrible, was there last year around the same time and it was fine, this time I called 4 days before we got there to let them know we wouldn't be there until midnight on friday, they said no problem we'll put a note in the computer, called on Friday to let them know we would be 45 minutes late, they couldn't find my reservation, when we got there the gentleman wasn't very nice, our reservation was there, but apparently according to my daughter motel 6 does this a lot. The floor in the room was dirty so was the bathroom floor, the tub was very slippery, the people upstairs were noisy all night, sounded like a party."

"An impressive Motel 6 compared to others must check out their layout. Pool was clean and open. Has a Burger King in same parking lot. Located in a business area with the 101 directly across the street. Except for the police constantly displaying their presence it's as pleasant as its professional corporate motels right next door."
