"Appt made on line was with a nail tech named Stacy. When I arrived at the appt, I was greeted by a very sweet young lady, not Stacy. I decided to continue with the appt because it was not the young lady's fault. She told me she was an intern. I am happy with her service and even tipped her well. I am not satisfied with the appt process. The appt process sent me several reminders of the appointment but no call, text or email about the change of technicians."
