Valley Inn San Jose

"The room was clean, the location was good, small parking lot but doable with larger vehicles, The only problem I had was with the ladies in the front, it took over 30 mins for them to check me in after I had pre paid for the room. They were showing me a cancellation while I was showing them a receipt and a confirmation email, plus my online banking statement saying the room was already paid for. I finally get checked in my room key doesn't work, I had to call the front desk. The lady wanted me to come get the key from the office, I already had all my bags upstairs. I told her to just bring me the key unless she planned on helping me carry all my stuff back I was going to leave a considerable amount of bags outside a hotel room door. Later on that night our smoke alarm went off we were told to take the battery out of the alarm. The manager( the man) was very nice he allowed us to get a late check out at 1pm vs 11am. So we are Greatful for that, my boyfriend and I were here visiting to see Rigoletto at the San Jose Opera house"

"Very clean rooms and quiet! The beds were super comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Our family also liked the location of being right near a craft-coffee cafe with amazing breakfast food. The manager of the Valley Inn is super helpful and friendly!"
