"First time I've been to this theater since Regal took it over from ArcLight. I won't be back. Saw Dune Part 2 in theater 8 - during the previews it was immediately noticable that something was wrong with the sound. I told the manager on duty at the time & to their credit they said that if the sound issues didn't clear up I could be refunded. The sound issues did not get better but I was with friends who did not want to have to wait another weekend to watch the movie, so we sat through it. Not great, but credit to the manager for offering to refund us if we didn't want to stay. Beyond the sound issues (which speak to Regal's sub par quality control), the seats are uncomfortable, the projection is mediocre, and the auditorium itself had a noticeable echo. The whole experience reminded me of stepping back in time to when reclining seats, laser projection, and well thought out auditorium design didn't exist in the LA area. Unfortunately for this Regal, the LA area is full of theater experiences that are SIGNIFICANTLY higher quality than this one. Regal Paseo feels dated and in need of a pretty big refresh - and this is after it just opened... Do yourself a favor and skip this theater."

"This theatre is opened again! Walked here and enjoyed watching The Equalizer 3 here! Popcorn is still so expensive ($8+) so we didn’t get any. The employees were really nice. We got to our theatre a little too early and the guys who clean it asked us so nicely if we could step out. And he even came back to us directly to tell us they were done cleaning. It was great service and a good experience! The movie was amazing too!!"

"It is a very nice and modern theater. The lobby is a tad small but that’s fine with me since i mainly care about the theater room. The seats were decently soft and reclinable but not fully recliner just tad enough (don’t expect much tho). Everything was very nice and I was amazed. There’s a small bar area (it’s not open yet) and parking is validated."

"Loved it, finally a traditional full service movie theater is back in Pasadena in Old Paseo, playing current movies. The theater was nice with new wide and comfortable chairs. Snack menu is ok... popcorn, hotdogs, chicken tenders, etc. Once the word goes out to everyone around the city, I feel that this place will be a hit. I recommend."
