"Why dont the recliners recline more than half way? Is this the case in all theatres at this location? Undergoing back issues and was excited/expecting the seats to recline."

"I like this theater because the seats recline and it's very comfortable. However you might watch out that you don't fall asleep because you're so comfortable. It is a clean and well-maintained theater."

"Loved the stadium seating. My sister rbought our tickets online and had some problems at the concession stand getting our popcorn and soda. The employee had to put them all in manually which took a bit long since it was 7 of us. Other wise really liked the theater."

"Very quick to get in, chairs in the theatre are very plush and comfortable. You can recline a lot in the seats and they were very wide to sit in. If you select certain higher seats, there is a backwall for those rows to help create more space between the people behind and in front of you."

"It’s been years since I visited the AMC 20 in La Puente, and there were a several upgrades but the experience was not too great. 1. They do not take Apple Pay- only card or cash 2. Bartender was rude and lacked any customer service. They looked miserable and it was probably because of the heat. It seemed like there was no AC inside and if there was-it was very low. 3. The chairs do no recline to a comfortable position. I was part of a group of 8 and 4 of the seats did not work at all."
