"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was scammed into thinking their rooms were clean because of the photos they posted online via Capital One Travel. When I arrived to my room, I saw that the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the mattress frames were disgustingly stained with who knows what(and possibly the mattress too, I didn't even want to touch them). Even the floor was dirty with hair in random places! The furnishings were also not as advertised! They offered to put me in another room but at this point I had NO TRUST in their cleaning protocol. They refused to provide me with a refund. I would rate ZERO stars if I could."

"absolutely disgusting, cigarette burns in the sheets, paint smell in room, dusty bathroom and air smell. Somehow the staff is so incompetent they lost a pair of silk pajamas while in the room. Do not come here, not worth any money at all."

"Unfortunately everything is very expensive in the Bay area, and it is not different with this hotel. Not worth the price. Check in was weird. The lady at the hotel desk asked me three times if I was going to stay alone in the room. One night, coming back from work, I saw a woman offering services in front of the hotel. That is probably the concern of the lady in the front desk. Anyway, the fact that the hotel reception stays locked during the evening, with service being provided through a small window indicates that the employees think this place is insecure. I have to say, though, that I didn't witness anything dangerous or different from what can be seen these days at any place in the Bay area. The room was dirty. Bed sheets had stains. The bathroom floor had woman hair on the floor. Bed sheets and curtains had tears. Overall very bad conservation of the room. Cleaning service was promised for every other day, but they provided service everyday, which was a surprise. Very few amenities were provided in the bathroom, so I needed to buy some stuff at a nearby supermarket."
