"worst of the worst kind of service. the phone never seems to be answered. i called in for 5-6 times. if the employees are too lazy to pick up the phone, don’t ever work anywhere that requires to provide customer service and just stay home and ask your mom to bring you meal every once in awhile."

"Movie quality, picture and sound, was very good. Power reclining seats were very comfortable, but somewhat worn. Took off a star because the theater was freezing cold, to the point of being very uncomfortable. Cast members (employees) were friendly and helpful."

"This movie theater is great. I have been there for multiple movie events in which some of them were forgien movies. This theater is the only theater that plays international screening of middle eastern and other countries movies. Even though the free ticket I had did not work for the forgien ones but I had great time. The chairs were recliners and very comfortable however the leather was very weared out and did not look good."

"Supporting movie theaters is so important, that said, I have never been one to regularly attend movies in the theater. I am grateful now for the comfortable chairs that recline. They really help avoid stiff knees, making me more inclined to go to the theater. The customer service was tops all were very nice people. I went late this time, and buying my ticket at the concessions counter was not intuitive or a welcome change."

"Drove to Garden Grove to see a movie during the weekend. Once inside, I ordered drinks & buckets of Popcorn. Cashiers, not friendly at all. When requesting more soda, it was handed to me in a bad way. Plenty of room and comfortable seats but during the movie, I did notice flies all over ..."
