"I went to see Dune 2 on March 7th. It was playing in cinema #3 for my 9PM showtime. This was the absolute WORST viewing experience I have ever had in my 25 years of coming here. The screen material was coated in a reflective glitter effect that not only destroyed the high definition of the image, but has a rainbow/iridescent reflection off of it that's get even worse towards the middle blowing out the picture. I was hoping this would go away after the ads that display prior to showtime. But nope, it was there for the 35mins of trailers/ads after showtime AND the entire movie! I hope no one wastes their time or money on this theater like I did just to have their viewing experience trashed."
"I always enjoy going to this theater. They don’t have the fanciest chairs but the environment there is amazing! Love all the bright colors and neon lights!"
"Regal is usually not my go to main theater. I went to watch the latest Miyazaki animated film, The Boy and the Heron. I heard on the news that it was National Popcorn Day, Jan 19th and Regal was promoting free Small Popcorn. I was annoyed after purchasing my ticket that staff didn't mention any promo, but I did have ask if there was a free Small Popcorn promo which they said yes and gave me the small popcorn. So I had the Theater 9 which is on the very back of the theater. I must say the quality of the screen and audio was surprisingly good and well calibrated and the white projector screen had a shine to it. Long ago I complained that their screen quality wasn't bright enough on certain auditoriums. It seems like that fixed that issue or recalibrated the screens properly. The only downside is their seats which are still stiff and uncomfortable I found myself repositioning throughout the movie. The theater looked clean, I didn't use their restrooms so can't say anything about that. Normal I would give 3/5 but that day was a 4/5."
"Very dirty. Trash everywhere. There was popcorn and trash all over the grounds. Behind the counter. On the counter. Popcorn was empty. Soda fridge and candy display and chip display were all empty. There was only 3 people working the consessions and they still couldn't get things together. It wasn't even busy and they couldn't keep up with 3 people in each line. Big screen. Great sound. The chairs weren't to comfy. I expected more from this hyped up theater"
