"*Update* Multiple attempts to talk to someone and email to the office manager goes unreturned... so unprofessional. I was not numbed completely or entirely anesthetized before my procedure. Staff argued with me on this after. Not much care for recovery and sent on my way. In a lot of pain after procedure."

"I don't like to write poor reviews, I always feel like you should resolve with the business first. THEY.... DON'T....CARE. The story is longer than a drive to see the world's largest ball of string, so I'll break it down in bullet points •Didn't tell me I needed a driver •Decided to give me a nickname instead of using my real name when calling me from the waiting room on my 4th visit, not first. •sent my pain meds to the wrong drugstore (it was written down and doubled checked by the driver I found last minute) •Gave me the wrong antibiotics for the infection, put me on another...3 sets of antibiotics and I came down with CDIFF. • On my bill they had me down as MRS ..I'm widowed, and this is my maiden name. Do they know all this? Absolutely. Find another place, they are dangerous and careless."

"I woke up in the middle of my surgery and remember it and my surgery took almost and 1 1/2 longer than expected and no one updated my mom who was in the waiting room once. Also, I had my surgery in Feb of this year and they never sent me a bill until Aug and when I looked at the bill they never even sent it to my insurance. It took until this week to get them to run it through my insurance. I do not recommend going here and will never return here or to the dentist that recommended me here."
