"This company is solid. I did my research before and got bids from three of the major players in Santa Barbara. CCAV's quote was thorough and detailed. Nothing vague, they tell you exactly what they plan to do and a realistic estimate for the hours it would take. The other companies left lots of room for numbers to change, and even underestimated to get the job. CCAV has stuck to their quote and even credited back some time they didn't use. Lennon is a real pro, who explained to me that they were not trying to come in at the lowest number just to get the job, they quote what it will actually take to complete the job right. He intentionally made my system simple, and user friendly, so that any of my friends and family could understand it and work it easily. Also so there would not be issues needing to be fixed constantly. So far so good and there have been no problems. When there have been small issues, Lennon and his team ya e been very responsive, and have had the answers. Usually it's something I accidentally did, but they have still helped me. I installed a home theater, in ceiling speakers throughout the house, 3 rooms with tv's, automated lighting, a very strong internet network, security cameras and an automation system with Lutron. Their team was top notch during the wiring and the installation.
