"A functional business hotel. Small rooms (no separate bathroom - which I’ve never seen before - it’s kinda integrated into the postage stamp sized room. Plenty of light and decent amenities. The service was good and the common areas are quite well done. There isn’t much nearby in walking distance but it’s a short drive to various downtowns. If you get a good price, it’s a clean, comfortable but somewhat tiny space (more compact than some hotel rooms in Manhattan)."

"Unexpected valet-only parking. They say street parking is available but is not a reasonable quantity for an entire hotel. There is no self-park options for their garages. Everything else was great as normal but adds a noticeable amount of time to getting in and out of the hotel."

"See videos for the evidence. Room has NO ventilation, humidity level can be high after showering. No door between the restroom and bedroom, pillows and blankets are not comfortable. Mattress is too soft. Last but not least, insects are in the room and never cleaned up. See videos."

"Lots to love about this hotel. Great quiet location but still close enough to shopping center. Amazing customer service. They are so kind and helpful. Unfortunatly their beds are really uncomfortable. The place was built only 2 years ago but somehow the mattresses all have that indentation where people have slept. Also I found some hairs in the bathroom that were not mine. Ick. Could have been a one time thing... Also note that parking costs $10 a day or free street parking which is usually easy to find until around 7 or 8 PM."
