"My daughter got her hair colored here a few months ago and it turned out great. So when she wanted to color her hair again we went back. This time you could tell something was wrong right after the stylist rinsed the lightener out. The stylist and the owner had a whispered conversation and then the stylist continued to dye her hair. Most of the hair dye rinsed out at the salon. So the stylist redid the color. Again most of the color rinsed out. She ended up coloring it 4 times before it looked semi okay. Definately not even close to what my daughter originally wanted. While she was doing this the stylist was also trash talking my 14 year old niece. My niece used to "date" her son and they had broken up. I talked with the owner and they gave us a slight discount on the price. We paid $86. Now it's 4 days later and almost all of the color is gone and my daughter's hair is splotchy looking. The owner agreed to fix it for another $45. I'm not happy that they expect me to PAY them in order to fix the mess they created. After talking to a different hairdresser I learned that the they should've used a whitener in my daughter's hair before they dyed it and they did not do that. Instead I was told that there was no way to get the result she was looking for because of her natural hair color. I will not be going back ever."
