"They need a receptionist so badly. The kiosk check-in is terrible, they're never on time, and once you get back there it still can take ages. That said, the actual technicians are very nice and highly competent, in all the years I've used them. Just a hassle for appointments."

"I had an excellent experience here. I arrived 12 min early and had received a text to check in using a link on my phone. The check in is available only 10 min before the appointment time, so I waited for two minutes. A minute after I finished checking in using the link, they called me in. The nurse/doc/lab tech, whoever was taking my blood, was amazing! I barely felt the needle and she was quick and great. They also have parking."

"My wife has gone twice to get her blood drawn two times because they had made a mistake the 1st. This was the 15th of February it is now the 28th and we still haven't gotten results back. When you make an appointment no one is at the front counter and we had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in. If I could I'd give this place 0 stars."
