"Although it has been several years since I have been to the office, I was impressed how quickly Dr. Chambers was able to remember me. He also went up and beyond in fulfilling my request. I sent an email to him early in the afternoon and he responded the same day. I truly appreciate the time and effort that went into helping me."
"Dr. Chambers appeared to be very nice and caring when we first met him. Unfortunately, his neurophysiological assessment of our child drew conclusions that pointed to us, the parents, as being the problem. This is a horrific experience for parents of a special needs child to deal with. From the doctors that we have found since, we now realize he doesn't have any understanding of adoption trauma and the effects of prenatal exposure. His inaccurate report caused us a long delay in getting proper support for our child in school. Three years later, we have a team that consists of a psychiatrist, mental health therapist, behavioral therapist, occupational therapist, and are finally getting the school to address needs. His report had no recommendations for any of these services. I don't know if our child was just too difficult for him to figure out. He seemed to be frustrated, and a lot of the testing that he did showed invalid scores due to our child's attentional deficits. The main point of his report was to blame us for her problems. This was a devastating report to read as a parents who were so desperately trying to find the proper help for their child."
"Hi everyone! In 2019 I received my diagnostic evaluation with Dr. Chambers which I used to get my accommodations for my board exams. I recently took my board exam this week and I passed with my accommodations! I think it's so worth to get accommodations instead of unnecessarily struggling with a learning disability. I was able to compete with my peers because I had extra time! I highly recommend Dr. Chambers because he knows what he is doing!"
"Dr. Chambers ("Dr. C") is a kind, patient, responsive, highly-attuned, highly-credentialed, and humble neuropsychologist who can assist you with an impressively diverse range of services. Working with Dr. C I felt listened to, seen, and understood. While I can appreciate Dr.C on one level as a fellow medical professional, I appreciate him most as his patient and client. I recommend him without question for mental health and autism spectrum disorder-related services. If you can work with him at all, for any reason though, please do. You will benefit. Dr. C delivers on value immeasurably. I consider myself lucky to be under his care to complete my assessments, start-to-finish, in an incredibly thorough, comprehensive, and painless manner. Throughout the process, he provided options that best fit my needs and my family's communication preferences. Dr. C was highly responsive, he consistently delivered, and addressed every question raised. It's impressive that Dr. C can potentially facilitate so much--e.g., disability benefits, Medicare, legal, testing and employment accommodations--in the time of SARS-CoV-2 no-less. Dr. C knows his areas of expertise deeply. He can cite the latest peer-reviewed publications in his fields, give nuanced and interesting insight, and explain complex neurological disorders in the simplest and most familiar terms. As his client, I can also tell you that he made the experience somehow stress-free. I acknowledge that this may not be everyone's experience, but it was mine. I really wish it to be your experience as well. In my own previous work, I can attest to how stressful a toll that navigating complex bureaucratic systems can take on deserving applicants and their families. So I can attest to the magnitude of effort and stress that Dr. C saves his clients through his work. He's with you throughout the entire journey. Dr. C will let you know if he can help you or not. I feel so grateful that he choose to help me. I am so grateful to have met him, it's as if a world of possibilities opened up for me. Simply put: Dr. C provided the best, most professional, accurate, comprehensive, and personalized concierge care. If you can work with him--you're lucky. Jesse, RN, B.Sc."
"I don’t ever write these reviews, but Dr. Chambers is the best Neuropsychologist I have ever met, so I think I needed to share my experience. I found his office through Google, after my school mentioned they needed more proof of my disability and would remove my accommodations had I not provided them with a full neuropsych evaluation. This was around Christmas time and I only had 10 days to get all the paperwork ready. Unfortunately, most professionals in the area were out of town or on vacation, but after I explained my situation to Dr. Chambers, he agreed to come on a weekend to get this done for me. He was so patient, attentive and knowledgeable, he explained every single test carefully, answered every question, and even rushed my report so I could provide the school in time for the next semester. If it wasn’t for his report and his willingness to come on a weekend right after Christmas I would have never been able to make it through medical school, so for that I will be forever thankful. The thing is, it doesn’t end there, a year goes by and now I am in the process of applying for STEP 1 (Med school boards) accommodations, the medical boards committee are very strict and deny the majority of the people applying for accommodations, so I decided to contact Dr. Chambers again to make sure my report was bullet proof, since I could not afford a denial. He then agreed to meet with me, complete a few more tests, and spell out the report making sure everything was absolutely perfect and in line with what the medical boards required. Honestly, this whole experience has been extremely stressful, but every time I speak with Dr. Chambers he calms me down, he always have solutions to problems, he is extremely positive, and you simply can tell that he absolutely loves what he does. So if you have(or think you have) a disability and need accommodations, do yourself a favor and call Dr. Chambers. He is the best!"
