"Based on my experience, go elsewhere!!!!! Booked new patient appointment 3 months out. Got a text confirmation. Tried to fill an earlier opening but had to cancel due to work. And that's the end of communication. Asked for phone call confirmation when canceling. Nothing. No call to reschedule. Then found out now they canceled my original appointment too on a day I have set aside especially for it. Never told me. Sooooooooo frustrated when I already have a difficult schedule to get appointments into. For all I know the dentists could be great but that doesn't matter if you can't get in the door"

"While on vacation, my crown came off after a month and a half after temporarily been ’fixed’. Re-glueing didn’t last but a day because the ‘fit’ was gone. Decorah, IA was a nice town but half a dozen dentists turned me away. I had to set my hopes on our next destination. Long story short, a BIG shoutout to Dr. Shelby Perkins with Dental Associates Of Prairie du Chien, P.C. who determined the tooth is fine and put my crown back in place. I’m happy!
