My rental car company reached out to Matt to have him pick me up and drive me to a local rental office - he told me he would wait for me outside to make sure they had a car for me, which was great because it turned out that they did not. Apparently, the third-party that hired him told him to just leave me at that office because they only had coverage for 50 miles, and so they refused to pay him to get me anywhere else, but he told them that he would not abandon me, and then proceeded to drive me an additional two hours once we found an office that actually had a car available, and even came inside and helped me explain the situation to the people at the counter because I was very frazzled at that point. Matt and his taxi service were the best part of an insane day, and he is the reason I made it home safely (no thanks to the people I had originally paid to handle my trip). His dedication, concern, and generosity go completely above and beyond - I am forever grateful to him and cannot recommend his service enough."

The owner, driver was super nice, told me at first that I would need to wait about 2 hours, as he was really busy, and gave me number for another taxi service. His honesty and customer service over the phone was the reason I told him I would wait for him. He ended up calling me and picking me up half an hour later as he had a spare second in between dropping off and picking up a customer. This service went out of the way to not leave me stranded longer than needed. This is the place to call when you need a ride."
