"They put another girls name on my sonogram! And then refused to give me my OWN pictures. They rescanned me and the guy was lazy and got bad pics! Went back to get better pictures and they were EVEN WORSE. These people are rude and unprofessional. Don’t go here if you don’t have to."

"My experience at the beginning with this group was not the best under Dr. Gowda's care, I'd avoid being scheduled with her however after having Dr.Pennisi take over my care he quickly changed my mind. I ultimately delivered with Dr.Maganeto and he did phenomenally, my c section recovery was much more gentle than my previous 2. I'm so grateful to these two Dr's for taking such good care of my baby and I. I'm done having kids but I would recommend these two to anyone thats not. My only recommendation to the group as a whole would be have a better alerting system for NST's, my baby's heart beat dropped during one which is what led to my delivery at 35 weeks and no one heard the machine going off for over 8 mins while I panicked, there should be better monitoring not in the storage office and try a recliner not a medical table for that type of testing."

"If I could give negative stars I would. So much wrong. You get a delivery bill that's due before the 2nd trimester. You see every dr in the building once instead of having 1 that knows you. Only 2 of them were nice. Reception is rude. Elevator is old enough to trigger a panic attack. Regrettable all the way around."

"My daughter HAD 3 appointments cancelled! Last minute if I had done it they would charge $25. This office has very poor customer service. Poor professionalism, and lack any kind of communication. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. DR. GOWDA SHOWED SHE CARED SO MUCH FOR HER PATIENTS CANCELLING LAST MINUTE."
