"Had an appointment for 11:45 didn’t get seen until 1:00 they were taking walk-ins before me. Ridiculous will never come here again!!"
"Ridiculously slow. Even if you come in early for your appt, dont expect to be seen right away. I had time to spare one hour before my appt. Waited and waited. A couple of people with appts came in so of course they were before me. But when I left to pick up my son from school and arrived 3 minutes before my appt time, my name was no longer on the wait screen! Spoke to first staff and told her thr situation that ai was back 3 minutes before my original appt, she will "check on it" nothing, so I spoke to another staff to put me back on wait list. Not able to check in and next appt is 2hrs!! Only one check in kiosk on top of that! Never will be back in this location again. Staff is not friendly or helpful!"
"If you have to fast you can’t get in for weeks. They are becoming Kaiser. Turn you away unless you have an appointment and will not allow you to make early fasting appointments on line. Remember this when voting in California. Cover for all doesn’t mean seniors! No appointment… no service!"
