I’ve always used this car wash since it’s so close to work and home but not letting loyal customers use the garbage is crazy to me! Maybe put a lock on the garbage and make people pay to use it if you don’t want them using it! Will NOT be back."
"Excellent experience. We had a problem with the car wash not rinsing the soap off car. The nice man there helped us go through a second time. When this didn't work he asked us to put our car in another bay and he thoroughly rinsed our car by hand. Problems will always happen. How people handle it makes the difference to me. Customer service was above and beyond here!"
"Initially, I was not going to share this review publicly. I tried calling their listed phone number first. Hours listed say that they are open and the phone number went directly to a fax machine. There is no number posted at the site. Two weeks ago, I washed my car in the automatic wash, and it left my car with a filmy, sticky coating, like it missed the final rinse in the automatic cycle. Due to the past experience today I chose to use the spray wash and wash it by hand, there is no low power spot free rinse. I also placed money in the machine to get a chamois so that I could dry the doors to prevent them from freezing shut, the machine took my money, and did not give me a chamois. This used to be a very good car wash and has gone downhill greatly, and I am very disappointed."
