"Just had them remove previous gel polish(I had done elsewhere) and had them redone with a "cat's eye polish' Got home, some of my nails weren't fully painted. The "cats eye " was only visible on 3 nails. My nails are super thin now. The very next morning the paint had already chipped off two of the nails. I brought my niece in with me to get get acrylics. Her acrylics were super thick and very poorly done. They stuck out above her cuticles and one has already fallen off"

"I went to Arias a little over a week ago and had Steve. I got a full set dip powder and loved my nails. They were exactly how I wanted them. I went back this morning and we got there right at 9 am when they opened. There was already a line waiting at the door and it was pitch black inside. 9:10 is when they all finally showed up. I told them I wanted a dip power fill and a color change. A lady told me to sit at her table so I told her exactly what I wanted. She smiled and shook her head in acknowledgment. She immediately started soaking my nails in fingernail polish which I thought was weird because I’ve had a fill and you do not remove the whole nail for that. Then she removed everything down to my natural nail and burned me with the grinder several times after I told her it was getting hot. I told her I’d like to have almond shape and picked out my color. She then cut my natural nails down past my skin to the nub and started painting my nails the color I wanted. I told her I wanted almond shape and she just kept going. I gave up on telling her as she looked like she understood but obviously didn’t. She then did designs on my nails I did NOT ask for! I will never be going back here. The only thing they got right was the color."

"Stopped in this morning for an acrylic nail removal and a manicure. Very accommodating. Service was fast and enjoyable. Got a nail dip manicure and my natural nails look great! I w made an appointment to return in 2 weeks and try their spa pedicure! Glad to have a nice nail salon in Sparta!"
