"Update: 10/15/2023 The establishment provided professional responses for my review and was apologetic for the miscommunication. Which I in return extended apologies for my miscommunication. I appreciated the professionalism that was received beyond the initial miscommunication and in with moving forward, the customer service was great. Thank you for the followed up communication and gave increased my review rating. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS IT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WITH POOR COMMUNICATION. THE FINAL LINE IN BEING CROSSED WAS THE INSULTING COMMUNICATION THIS INDIVIDUAL SPOKE OVER THE PHONE. Details and actions were not as explained. In with communication by texting, you would expect a professional establishment to review their text prior to sending, as it had several errors. In my by opinion, that displays poor professionalism and almost became concerning to be a scam. Businesses are not perfect nor are individuals, however as a professional establishment providing a service, one should expect proper representation, communication and treatment. All of which was given poorly."

"very rude and impatient. i had the same troubles as the other one star views. if i missed one phone call, you cannot get in touch with them. voicemails dont work and none of the numbers are manned by actual people. she blamed me for not answering, but i called back and left voicemails for days. whenever we did talk, i felt stupid because she acts like everything is obvious. i did my sleep study over a month ago. i was told by my dentist receptionist (probably was told by virginia) that if i wasnt charged after sending the equipment back, it was covered by insurance. A MONTH LATER, im getting a call from virginia just telling me theyve been trying to charge my account for a couple days and its getting declined. she even kinda chuckled at me that my card was declined. i said ok well my sleep study was done a month ago, give me time to transfer funds. she cut me off told me my card was declined again, like yes maam i know. i told her to give me a couple days to transfer, but afterwards tried to call her to use a different card, and cant get through. never use this business please. virginia get a different job where you arent on customer care. this is the one of the only reviews ive ever left on google."

"The arrogant and rude comments are all correct. And not only are they that, but they are also liars!! (Not speaking for everyone there but definitely the lady communicated with). They said they “kept calling me” to blame ME for a lack of communication when I literally only have one message from them from around my initial consultation, and zero missed calls since. They finally called me when they realized I switched to a different company that was in my insurance network."

"Virginia literally said and I quote “I don’t have energy or money to spend on you” after they sent my package to the wrong place after I confirmed the correct address! I have worked with different companies over the past 2 years and have never experienced issues like I have with this one. Im not even the type of person to leave reviews but DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY"

"I’m glad I completed my testing through west coast diagnostics. It’s convenient that I could do my test at home. I received my test right away and got my results to the doctor quickly. Virginia was very kind and kept communication when I needed assistance. I have referred her to my other doctor and other patients will do testing through west coast diagnostics. Great business and customer centered. Thumbs up"
