"I recently purchased the Suni cone beam 3d scanner/pan machine. It’s been approximately 6 weeks and the images I have been obtaining are terrific. The machine is easy to use and the training for my staff was very good. I don’t use the Suni Triana software to analyze the images and use NobelClinician instead which works well. We are also a Mac Office and it is easy to transfer the images to our Macs via a shared folder. Overall it’s been a great investment for my practice."

"I recently purchased a Suni Ray2 #2 sensor to replace my Professor Suni sensors that I purchased in 2010. The old sensors were not working properly due to trauma to the wire from patients biting on it for 8 years. I have always gotten good service from technical support at Suni. The new sensor worked with the same Suni imaging softwear, I only had to upload new drivers from the enclosed DVD which was easy to do. The Suni Ray2 sensor is an improvement from my old sensors in the following ways: 1. Improved image quality 2. Much faster to get ready for the image and displays image almost instantaneously as opposed to about a 5 second wait with the old sensors 3. Needs less than half of the radiation than the old sensors, thus safer for the patient 4. Easier to take from room to room because there is no large box which the Professor Suni had. What I don't like: 1. Cord is still vulnerable to long term wear from biting pressure and is not replaceble at sensor. It would be nice if the cord plugged into the sensor so that it could be replaced without buying a new sensor. However, I believe this to be the case with almost every company's sensors."
