"Dr. Jennifer was my dentist for years. Always loved her and her staff. I developed a terminal illness over the last few years which they were well aware of. My last scheduled appointment I was extremely ill and contagious right before a scheduled cleaning. I canceled due to the illness and the risk of infecting someone. It was exactly 13 months since I had a cleaning last a few months after my canceled cleaning and I called to possibly get in for a toothache and rescheule my cleaning. To my surprise, I was firmly and rudely told I wasn't a patient of theirs any longer by their business/office manager and if I wanted to be seen there again I would have to be out on a waiting list that was almost a year or more out. The manager was extremely rude and cruel, enjoying telling me those words as I could hear the sarcasm and joy in her voice. She found it very funny. I can assume they don't care to do business with someone who doesn't want to spend thousands of dollars on their teeth just to have them burn when they pass away in the very near future when being cremated. They are also not very understanding or have empathy for the human beings who are terminally ill. I went their for years always paid my bill in full. I wouldn't recommend this office or their/her "lack of care" to anyone anymore. A bad manager can destroy the reputation that a business works so hard to build over the years. Very disappointing after all these years to say the least. If it wasn't for a "bad horrible, office manager I would have waited or spoke with Dr Jennifer herself. That's right tho, she refused to let me speak with her. Jennifer, Krista, Tia thank you for your kindness over the years. Hopefully there are some classes on how to be a good manager which may be helpful for your current manager. So really disapppinted."
