"I would give this place zero stars for their TERRIBLE customer service. When I called to make an appointment, the lady who assisted me was highly unpleasant. Finding a different job might be a good idea if you don't enjoy customer service."
"Came here on a Wednesday, late morning. X-ray technician was out to lunch, told to come back. Didn’t wait long to have x-rays done and tall gentleman who does the x-rays was nothing but kind, helpful and patient. Reception who helped me was also kind."
"Let me begin with saying that me, my mom and brother have been to this location a bunch of times. The times that we were there we were treated well. But now with the following experience my mom had today she will not be going back. Also, before I tell what happened it says here that it is for suite number 220, this is from suite number 230 where my mom had the experience. Today, my mom had an appointment set to get an ultrasound done on her pelvis. Two weeks ago my mom, brother and I were in a car accident. My mom has been having a recovery but it isn't a fast recovery. In this case there are times where she can walk fine and others that she is slow to walk and needs her time. Arriving for the appointment, there were two women sitting at the front desk not doing anything and talking. My mom arrives and the lady at the front desk was like annoyed to see my mom there and my mom explained that she had drank two bottle of waters for this appointment. That being said, the receptionist didn't say anything and checked my mom in. In this whole process, there was another lady sitting at the front desk with the receptionist. My mom sat down and was waiting for her turn until we see the lady that was having her conversation with the receptionist get up and call my mom over. Usually when your name is called the nurse waits at the door frame so like that they can take you where you need to go. Nope this nurse called my mom walked away and then got annoyed that my mom didn't hurry up. My mom explained that why she's walking slowly and the nurse didn't care and it turned out that, the same nurse was going to do the ultrasound on my mother. My mom told me that this nurse treated her with such disrespect that my mom even felt uncomfortable. Again we were in a car accident so it is painful for us to do something without a certain area hurting. This nurse asked my mom to lift a part from her body up and my mom said that it hurts and if it was ok the position she had up. The nurse looked at my mom annoyed and No. After everything was over the nurse annoyingly moved my moms shoes to the side so my mom can put her shoes. The nurse also left my mom with the gel on her, yes I understand that they don't have to clean up all the area but a good wipe would've been helpful especially with someone who isn't feeling well on her body and would need some help a bit. I was sitting in the waiting room, waiting for my mom and on three occasions I would see the nurse that took my mom in come out just to come and talk to the receptionist and when people began it come in the nurse would leave and only comeback once there was no one to check in just to talk. Look I understand that it can be a slow work day and you're bored out of your mind, but at least have a good attitude. My mom went in today, Friday. I think today there isn't much work but it was empty there weren't any workers barely but they had like two people waiting once we arrived and three people once we left. But for my moms experience that she had today, she will not be going back for the disrespected and how uncomfortable she felt."
"Hopefully you are not in urgent need! otherwise go elsewhere. My physician referred me to this location for an ultrasound to discard a possible appendicitis. No walk-ins so you need to call and schedule an appointment. Spent 2 hours on hold (1hr in the morning, 9am, and 1hr in the afternoon, around 1pm) Both times I never was able to get a hold of anyone to schedule my appointment. I decided to show up around 3pm given the urgency, hoping with my referral I would be allowed as a walk-in. No chance. The lady at the front was not too friendly in helping me, after basically telling me I should had made the appointment via the phone...luckily after a bit of convincing she accepted to make my appointment for me. Finally my appointment was made....for NEXT week. Let's hope my appendix doesn't explode before then!"
"Calling into make an appointment took 3 hours. The receptionist were great. Unfortunately the nurse that helped me did not have bedside manners. This was my first time experiencing racism. I don’t understand why the nurse thought it was okay to give me such poorly service because of where I’m from. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back to this place. I hope other women like me are not discriminated by this person who is not acting as a medical professional at all."
