"All morning appointments are grayed out, either taken or blocked, for the next 3 weeks. Only afternoon ones are available. That means a 77 y.o. woman with reduced mobility must fast (read starve) until 1 PM on the day of the test. In the lab, there is usually one person, in no hurry refusing walk-ins even if the scheduled appointment didn't show up. Tell your doctors NEVER send lab orders to Quest."

"Professional service. The phlebotomist lady was nice and kind. She know what’s she is doing. She did a great job. She only inserted the iv needle once and that’s was it. She was able to collect the blood samples needed. The clinic was clean, less crowded with ample parking outside. Highly recommend Quest Diagnostics in the whole Bay Area."

"I had very pleasant experience. I made an appointment online, which it is a must to have an appointment to make it easier and faster. I was in and out in no time. I would give them 10 stars! I highly recommend this location. The staff are very professional, especially Johnson Gill is very friendly, polite, fast, and excellent customer service. My family comes here for routine bloodwork. Every time, I'm helped by a highly qualified and trained professionals. Myself and my mom are particularly difficult to draw blood from and they manage to get us with little to no difficulty at all. I highly recommend this place because they are fast, friendly, and have excellent customer service. The office is extremely clean and sanitized."

"I had very pleasant experience with Annie after making appointment online first. It was annoying that on directlab's website they tell you no appointment needed and I wasted a trip. then I made an appt for the next day, everything was smooth, I was in and out of there in 10 min, and got my result in a day. The low rating worried me a bit but after seeing all quest locations near me got 2 something stars on google, I ignored it. It's skewed because most people who had smooth okay experience didn't bother with review."

"I received the best customer experience here. I believe her name was Tham (or something close). She was working today 09/28/21 around 3:15pm. She was super sweet, nice, and professional. I was there for to get lab work done and she successfully got my challenging vein on the first attempt. By the end of my appointment I nick named her “Auntie” because she treated me like family.
