"I was extremely happy with my choice to take my preteen and teen in for various X-rays they had ordered on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and we were in and out in 30 minutes. We felt fortunate that it wasn’t busy because it is walk in, but we got lucky with efficient and fast treatment."

"I wish there was a zero or minus option. The doctor and his assistant were good. But all the other employees I interacted with seemed to have no interest in their job or the patients. They seriously need to make a lot of staff changes. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any place. They take everything for granted."

"I needed an x-ray of my knees and with great pain I walked to Kaiser radiology at 7:30 p.m. There was nobody at reception and a single sign said they were closed. Obviously hours were not posted since this is Kaiser. I then found an orderly who told me they no longer close at 9:00 p.m. and this has been the situation for many months. All I can say is that because of Kaiser's negligence, I endured a lot of suffering for nothing. As you see, they still advertise being open till 9:00 p.m. but clearly nobody cares about the patients."
