"Aside from the weathered/old seats. The bathrooms are clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the seating assignment. Knowing were to go to sit in the dark is plus plus.. Great job!!!"

"Very dangerous to go with toddlers to this theatre 1. Toddler can’t sit in the seat, because for the toddler weight chair folding on its own, toddler will fall 2. Gap between one seat to another seat in the side ways is too much. Since my toddler not able to sit in the seat he tried to stand some time in front of the seat and fell down between 2 seats 3. Again very less gap between one row to the another row, again my boy fell down in that gap 4. Very badly maintained carpet and seats. 5. It’s not that we accidentally got that type of seats, for the show we went, no one except 3 of us so we can sit anywhere but the problem is everywhere it’s the same. 6. Our show finished at 9:30pm, by that time popcorn stall is already closed and there is no one to give refill for large popcorn"

"Where to start? We went to the “sensory showing” that was anything but sensory friendly. They didn’t adjust the volume of the movie or the lighting. The floors were sticky and gross. The theater had a “skeleton crew” running it and nobody at the ticket box. Things were dirty. Will not be going back. This is sad since they were reasonably priced for sensory” tickets where other theaters are way overpriced."
