"There was an event of vendors which was great! The issue withe that place is the horrible parking. Which was not proper marked! I saw a car hit another car because of this! Now I am about to pull out and a mini bus parks along side of my vehicle not letting me exist! I asked him if he was going to leave the bus there a told me he’s not moving! I mentioned to home I need to get out he said no a told me to go to the opposing traffic to exit! When I questioned him he really aggressively yelled and told me he is the owner of the place and he is not moving! I notice that this place has no proper markings for parking and when I was there no proper entrance nor exit for fire trucks very dangerous! Not satisfied of this place but the vendors were great it was just the owner of the lot was not nice!"

"This place is a union carpenter hall. It also uses its property. To other to use for community events. Kaiser leases some of the parking for there employees to park their vehicles."
