"Service sucks. Bathroom has mold.floors and walls are super thin. Every thing in there snack bar is outrageously priced. Breakfast is better at McDonald's.Might as well stay at metel 6"

"While this is probably the nicest place to stay in Willows, the bed is rather firm and left our arms aching. We were in an accessible room and they are a terrible design in every Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at: showerhead is mounted on the wall so that it sprays straight out or must be used as a handheld, and there is virtually no counter space at the sink (in the handicap accessible room) and no extra places to hang anything so you carry everything in and out of the bathroom every trip. Put the bathmat at least 2 feet away from the shower because it will be soaked otherwise. This hotel seems very flimsy and has no noise protection. Early in the morning we could hear everything happening around us, especially in the hallway, at high volume. The door locks are noisy, and when the shower next to you goes on it’s like you’re in it with them. But, the room was clean, the service was great, and Holiday Inn consistently has a good breakfast."

"Great for business travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious. The showers are hot. They supply plenty of body wash hand wash soap abs lotion. There is hot and cold breakfast available and a snack bar."

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Holiday Inn, in Willows and I cannot stress enough how disappointed and humiliated I was by their discriminatory practices. As a married couple, we expected to be treated with respect and fairness, but unfortunately, that was not the case. We booked a room at the hotel due to ongoing construction in our home and the 5th-anniversary commemoration of the devastating campfire. We were eager to find solace and relaxation during this difficult time. However, upon arrival after i had already checked in, we were informed that only one person was allowed in the room, despite booking a room with two queen beds. The embarrassment was amplified by the fact that there were multiple guests witnessing this unwarranted treatment in the lobby. It is also important to note that other guests seemed to have no issue accommodating multiple individuals in their rooms. We are responsible guests who were wrongly targeted. We even hold elite status with multiple renowned hotel brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. Never once before have we encountered such disrespect and discrimination. Not only did this incident ruin our stay, but it also left a lasting negative impression that I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Discriminating against married couples and expecting one person to leave when there are two beds is simply not only unjustifiable but illegal. The staff at Holiday Inn, needs proper training in distinguishing between respectful guests and disruptive individuals. I believe it is crucial to share this experience with others to shed light on the discriminatory practices at Holiday Inn. As very frequent travelers, we deserve to be treated fairly and without prejudice. I hope that management takes swift action to rectify this issue and ensure that no other guest has to endure such a humiliating encounter."

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my entire stay.The room was not only clean and comfortable but also well-appointed with modern amenities.
