"Very difficult to find the location of the lab to begin with, their procedure for making sure there are orders for patients is unprofessional and they take your Id into another room without telling you what they are doing, they had issues finding orders for me and were reluctant to help try to look through their system. When my doctor couldn't be reached they expected me to keep trying to get through and leave a message even though I had already been there for an hour and a half and had other things to do. Not to mention the person who came out to "help" the patients was generally unpleasant and unprofessional. A complete waste of my time and energy and I cannot recommend for anyone to come here over other locations"
