"Came in 12 minutes late for my 3:30 appointment. Nobody in the waiting room. Phlebotomist told me that he couldn’t see me because it was more than 10 minutes after my scheduled time. I would have understood if there was a 3:45 appointment or walk ins waiting for a draw, but he said that he waited for me and now it was too late, he had to close up. So he had the vials out, and was ready to do the draw, but decided that there was nothing he could do now that I came 2 minutes afterward? It feels like it would take a small fraction of effort to help me, and he had zero interest in doing so. Felt great paying 10$ at the public parking for this experience."

"Made an appointment for 1:10. Showed up 1:05, followed check in instructions. Was seen within 10 minutes and had what was one of THE FASTEST bloodwork stabs in my life. I blinked and the person had filled a whole vial up in a matter of literal seconds. Which is a godsend for someone with a needle phobia. Man was done before I could even process the fact they were stabbing me. No idea why this place has bad reviews. Got nervous for nothing. Staff was incredibly kind and positive to boot! 10/10. Don’t be spooked by the bad reviews. Just make an appointment and show up on time."

"Went here this afternoon at 3:35pm, and they close at 4pm. There was nobody in the waiting area. Yet the phlebotomist (short curly hair) said he would not see me because he's closing. It takes 10 minutes to draw blood. Quest is a disgrace and their employees are worse than the most jaded TSA or DMV clerks. Avoid Quest. Lab Corp is better. Quest is the worst."

"This is my 2nd positive experience with QUEST! I like the online check-in kiosk -- remember to bring your actual ID drivers license & insurance card! The gentleman working there on a Wednesday handled all patients in waiting area like a PRO! Courteous, efficient, kind, friendly! Fortunately I was on time and a bit early to check-in because a bunch of patients were there waiting for their appointments. If you don't have an appointment and walk-in, you will likely need to wait until there is enough time to check-in and do your labs before the next appointment. I work in healthcare; frankly, Quest should hire a receptionist to handle front desk check-ins and insurance & billing so that the Phlebotomists can do their lab work best without interruptions. It is not easy for 1 employee to do all front desk work, statement printouts, and correctly do Phlebotomy so I gotta hand it to him. Thank You so much, Martin! You're super great and thanks for making the labs drawn seamless and painless!"
