"The Front desk were very helpful and courteous but above all the young man who did the 2 MRI'S, Was extremely kind, making sure that I was comfortable . My back and leg were hurting and he found things to place under each so I wouldn't hut. Thank you!!"
"Initially it was a nightmare to try to get an appointment I have a PPO I told them that it didn't need approval they insisted on it that took another week no one called me back etc etc etc when I finally got an appointment, I had the MRI done it turns out that the MRI was done incorrectly it was fuzzy. I have to have it done again. I had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon at Stanford Hospital in Redwood City they could not read the entire MRI because it was Fuzzy. So I have to have it done again somewhere else obviously I'm not too pleased about that at all it's about half an hour 45 minutes inside the machine again. I tried to find administrative administrative office or somewhere to talk to the owners there is nothing there it's privately owned I would imagine so to let everyone know this place sucks. I have to make one comment the receptionist there was very nice."
"Im still here waiting for over an hour for my mom’s appointment. My mom was scheduled for CT scan at 11 am today 12/21/23. I placed that schedule a month ago. We received a call one day prior about her appointment at 11 am too. When we got here they said her appointment is now 12:15. I asked who changed the appointment. She just she doesn’t know who & said her computer says 12:15. Mom is diabetic & has been fasting since midnight & she feels her blood sugar is going down. I told the receptionist about it but just don't care & cannot do anything about it since somebody is ahead of her. This is really bad! Very Poor customer service & No empathy to patients. Their CT equipment is really old! Please find another diagnostic center. I will tell my mom’s PCP not to refer patients here. This place is not even your last resort!"
"Disgusting. Unprofessional. Horrible in every way. Run away, go anywhere else. One of the worst healthcare experiences I have had in the USA. The facility is unsanitary, decrepit and decaying. All of the baseboards in the entire facility were torn off the walls. Every chair in the entire place was filthy and stained. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Nothing was clean, nothing was up to healthcare standards, I wouldn't even take my dog to this place. I regret greatly not leaving the moment I walked in. Do yourself a favor and run the heck away from this business. If you get referred here, refuse to go."
"Terrible customer service at this place. I brought my mother in to receive an MRI. I had my 18 month old with me and he coughed a couple times. My mother doesn’t speak English and none of the workers spoke Spanish and so I was there to translate and help her check in. The receptionist told me my son had to wear a mask or couldn’t be there because he had coughed. Didn’t bother asking me if he had any other symptoms or if he had been tested for Covid recently, which he was just last week. When my mother walked out the receptionist smugly said “that’s fine, I’ll just take her off the list.” Would not recommend this place to anyone."
