"Brought our car in the get some issues fixed, $6000 worth of issues but can't fix them in one go. We wanted the violent and loud shaking that happens at high speeds fixed first because we wanted that to stop. Talked with the service guy and was told that fixing this issue first would get rid of the shaking at high speeds. Did $1300 worth of repairs in the first go and picked up my car. Got on the highway, and low and behold, the shaking was still there. Disappointed. Planned on doing the rest of the work necessary there but my trust has been lost. I understand, There's a lot of issues that our car has but to tell me that fixing this issue first would get rid of the shaking and the shaking to still be there just sucks."

"The Toyota Service Center has done great work caring for our 3 Toyota vehicles. They are easy to schedule with, the employees are polite and efficient, and their billing has always been straightforward. The BIG minus I have is that they often turn my car’s automatic lights off without informing me. I consider this a huge safety concern. Living in the 2020’s and always have the automatic lights selected to be on. I assume that this setting is on when I’m driving (I’m the only person that drives my car). This almost caused me to get in a collision the other night (hard to notice your lights aren’t on when driving in town with street lights). They really need to either stop the practice of turning the automatic lights of cars off, or inform owners they have done this when they pick up their vehicle."
