"Yesterday we purchased tickets for the Beaumont CA location. The movie time was for 11:05 AM. We arrived early as usually so that we could purchase popcorn etc. and see the previews before the movie started. The doors were locked and a church service was going on. It was cold outside so my wife and I went in the open exit doors to sit in the lobby until it opened. We were asked to leave and wait outside until all church members had exited. This seemed ridiculous. We stood outside until about 10:50 AM when the manager opened the doors she proceeded to tell us, one theater was still occupied by church members and don't be surprised if some are still lingering in the other theaters. The manager who told me her name was "Shawn" seemed to care less about the situation. Since we could not see the previews and just the manner in which we were treated made me ask for a refund. This is not an expectable business practice. We will be taking our business elsewhere."
