"Just moved here and came for a first time appointment/cleaning. Greeted nicely by Dr. Kelly at the front desk and she helped me get checked in. The dental hygienist who did the actual cleaning was great. I did feel it very odd/disappointing that the “dentist” (I’m presuming was the dentist bc she didn’t introduce herself to me) only asked if I had pain, went inside my mouth, poked around, then made small talk with the hygienist and left without saying a single word to me. At my previous dental provider, yes, the hygienist did majority of the cleaning, but the dentist still maintained communication with me as the patient. As a working professional, felt this was very poor customer service and I’m a bit of a stickler for that as I know how I’m expected to perform in providing my service to others."
