"First time customer...vans are very nice, clean and roomy. Service is awesome, very friendly and helpful staff. On-site parking is a definite plus. it's so much easier to use Groome than driving to MSP...and arriving fresh and relaxed is such a nice experience! I will definitely use Groome when I fly from MSP."

"I’m out $50. I canceled 4 days in advance and was refused a refund. This was the one and only time I would have used this service. I otherwise have no need for them. I will warn everyone to book with caution."

"The fact that it is a good way to get to the MPLS airport easily is great. BUT - their decision to not give any refunds is not customer friendly. I had to cancel a trip to Egypt due to the war in the Middle East and was refused a refund by Groome. They said they would keep it on file for a year but not good enough. My friend booked a trip and something happened while online and it went through twice. They refused to refund the extra one saying “we don’t give refunds.” Not customer friendly at all."

"I thought the driver was pretty uptight. When asked if he was able to help elderly get bags to awaiting wheelchair. His given answer was "no." He can only let her off with her luggage at the *curb of the airline terminal. "We agreed on the rule change." And reason (not allowed to leave the bus at anytime). But then he went ahead and got the manager to realiterate what we already understood and was ok with. It felt like we were making a big deal out of it and was embarrassing. Also, as there was time to load the bus (two others in front of us not on yet) he would make a big impatient sigh and looked annoyed as we were saying our good byes. I was not comfortable leaving my Grandma under the drivers care."

"I have used this service a couple times now. I am impressed with the courtesy of the employees and drivers and they are always on time. They also offer a ton of times to get you to the airport, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this service!"
