"This is a good dentist, the hygienist are nice and take care of your dental work properly. My biggest complaint is the lack of transparency from the front desk receptionists. They aren’t very upfront about the billing process with what my insurance covered and what my copay was. When I called regarding my billing situation the day before my appointment (on 2/19), they told me one thing, and then at my appointment, they tell me another. It’s not good to spring surprises on your clients.."

"What a great day at the Dentist! Never thought I would say that, but, this office rocks! Chrissy at front desk is amazing and Lee (hygienist) kept me informed every step of the way during the appt with added humor and professionalism. Dr B is excellent as well! Sam (office manager) was super helpful and friendly as well as techs and other personnel. It was such a comfortable experience that I actually look forward to my next visit! Thank you everyone!"

"Cleaning was excellent, doctor is excellent but the office manager leaves a lot to be desired. I need a few things done and I had it scheduled to be billed in 2023 and some in 2024. I was told verbally on the phone AND in person that it would be billed that way. They messed it up and the office manager would not take responsibility or try to solve the problem. I was literally kicked me out of my appointment and rescheduled for ANOTHER month because SHE was so upset. My time is important also and I was lied to about when my procedures were to be billed. I know how my insurance works and this was on them. So LOUSY customer service from Office Manager. She is a problem maker not a problem solver."

"Not going to lie I was so embarrassed to go to a new dentist but when I told them my problems an why my mouth was the way it was they understood, didn’t judge me at all an most of all told me they would help me fix it! That was the most amazing part Dr. B she is so amazing and the helper she had I am horrible with names but I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!!! FIVE STARS FROM ME!!!"
