"If I could give 0 stars they would be getting it! These people made mistakes which were asked to be fixed and the lady was not able to speak English well so we used google translate to ask for the mistakes to be made. The lady attempted to fix it but was rushed with it. When I spoke up and said the J on my nails were a little clumpy and there was still some black smudge on the finger that she did not want to remove. The lady told me to “just wait there and maybe when he comes back he will fix it” while grabbing my wrist’s aggressively and putting them EXACTLY how she wanted. I waited for about 10 minutes while the lady continued to mess up on my friends nails and not being willing to fix those mistakes either. As the man was getting ready to leave with his daughter we decided to just take the nails as is and call it a day. They then proceeded to get angry with us for having issues but not wanting to necessarily fix them. The female worker continued to grab my hands aggressively and not listen to my request of just leaving them as is. The worker then proceeded to grab a customer that we didn’t even know and bring her over. The worker grabbed my hand with aggression and when I asked her to be respectful and not just grab at my hands. She proceeded to grab my hands. I then told them I was willing to pay $30 as it was a fill and nothing extravagant and with the rude behavior that was all I was willing to pay. They then started yelling, telling us the nails had no issues, etc. the daughter who may have only been about 9-10 was also EXTREMELY rude, yelling things like “they were never rude” “you pay what they say” etc. but ya know, if those are her parents.. monkey see monkey do! WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. Save your time and energy and go somewhere with respectable workers and people who can do nails properly or at least fix their mistakes, and graciously. EDIT: THE NAILS LITERALLY ALL STARTED POPPING OFF AFTER 7 DAYS OF HAVING THEM. RIDICULOUS."
