Nail Spa

"First off I just want to say I am not the kind of person that ever leaves reviews whether it’s a good or bad experience. I understand people have busy days and I do not judge anyone for that. I came in 40 minutes after they opened on Saturday and waited a few minutes to even be greeted, then they asked “what do you want”. I told them I was looking to get a full set of acrylics and they didn’t say anything so I assumed I was gonna be waiting for a while so I unzipped my coat to get ready to sit down and get settled and the lady goes without looking up at me: “well I’m pretty booked today so sorry”. I felt like she was really unkind and rude about it when she told me and I would not recommend anyone to go here if they want and approachable customer service. It was just kind of sad experience because I do not get my nails done often (it’s been 4 years since the last time I had my nails done) and I’ve been on the road for almost a week and just wanted to give myself a little bit of self-care and this ruined my morning. It says “Walk ins welcome” on the door but obviously that’s not true. Hopefully I can give myself enough confidence to go somewhere else."

"Normally this is the best place around. I sat down to start my mani/ pedi at 10:05.....I left at 11:42... Not only was the nail tech EXTREMELY slow, she did an awful job. There is polish everywhere, the nails are so short and not what I asked for."

"i don’t know who did my nails but she was amazing. she did exactly what i asked for and was patient with me. i showed her an inspo pic and she did it exactly the way i wanted and also added glitter like i asked. she got very close to my cuticles did cut me or hurt me at all. i will be back. the only thing that bothers me is my right hand is shorter then my left but it doesn’t bother me too much. overall great service."
