"Will never go to this place again!!! Very unprofessional! There were 2 girls that were nice but the so called manager (I think her name was Jackie) was eating talking loud and gossiping about other employees in front of the clients. Everyone's face just looked uncomfortable. People want to relax and have a nice chat when they're getting they're hair done NOT this circus! I WILL be contacting someone about this. For now I will just drive 45 min instead of the 10 to go elsewhere."

"My wife brought our son into your establishment for a cut yesterday evening. We have been there before but this was the worst experience we have ever had. The stylist had no patience for him and made it known by her rude comments such as I don't have time for this and my shift is almost over and a further comment of I'm not going to continue to beg him. Her comments made the experience worse for my son and made him more unhappy. With this being said not sure we will be back in the future."

"Worst haircut ever. Stylist Jackie was too busy talking about her anxiety and hormones. I gave her very specific instructions on how I wanted my hair cut. She cut my hair 4 inches shorter than asked, thinned it out without consent, and layered it without consent. I will be wearing a hat for the next 6 months to camouflage the mop of a mess she left me with. Stylist need to recognize that when they cut a clients hair poorly, the client has to look at their horrible hair every time they look in the mirror for many weeks, months, and possibly years. Nobody asks for that! Time for more Continuing Education!"

"I just went there and got a hair cut expecting nothing too bad. When I got there there was other people happy with their haircuts but when it was my turn we specifically told them what we wanted. All of the a sudden she grabbed clippers and shaved right away and tried convincing me to get a haircut I didn’t want. In the end it was not what I was imagining at all."
