"I am not one to usually leave a bad review but given our experience I feel the need to warn others. If you have children that need to be seen this is NOT the place to go. Our 6 year old with special needs was called a cry baby by the hygienist, talked down to, and then told (in front of him) that we should go to a dentist that works with difficult kids. He has severe anxiety and got upset when he gagged. Rather than letting him calm down the hygienist continued to talk down to him and make him feel bad about being upset. No kid should have to experience that type of behavior from an adult. He was proud that he made it to the dentist and sat in the chair well but that was taken away from him because of the treatment he received. We provided feedback to the Dentist, and his response was, “I doubt she said that, but it’s hard to find good help right now so nothing I can do about it.” Really disappointing as we have been using them for a few years for our whole family."
