"They severely overbooked themselves and then blamed us for being late. We were 3 minutes late! There were 3 women working on 7 people, 3 more waiting that came in minutes after the other 3 had arrived. Perhaps someone was out ill. Either way, you should not blame your customers for your own overbooking issue. It took 2.5 hours. I gave the 2 stars because the woman who did my nails did a decent job. We will not return."

"The people there are very sweet but did not do a good job on my nails. I asked for a simple coffin shape and white french tips, when i first left the salon they were bumpy, not coffin shaped, and the french tip was a big white line going across my nails. I decided to go back in with my mom to get them fixed and they look almost the same. These were also $100 + tip which is a lot for a simple french tip. These were supposed to be my nails for my senior photos too sadly."
