"I have been a customer here for the last 10 years. Today I arrived 2 hours before close for a cut as Saturdays are the o my day I can get to there before they close. Since you cannot schedule an appointment, or at least in the past they only serviced walk ins, I stopped in. I was told that they were too busy to help me and that I should go somewhere else. As I mentioned I have been a loyal customer for a decade and this is how I was treated. I always buy product off the shelf when I am there and I always tip 25%. My bill when I leave there is typically around $75-$80. I will never go back. I went to Great Clips around the corner, they were ten times busier, and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I don’t know what has happened at the New Richmond location over the past several years but it has gone down hill drastically. Every time I go in there it is like the staff has been completely turned over. The owners of this establishment should really take a step back and analyze why they cannot keep any stylists employed there. They have lost any of my future business and I am sure the business of some of their once loyal clients. I am not saying that I should have been given priority over other people. But when there is one person in a chair and one in the lounge and I am told they are too busy to help me two hours before close and their competitor has a full house and got me in and out in 20 minutes. That says something."
