"My wife had a color apt that she was quoted to cost $190. She left with a bill for over $450. No one explained any additional charges before to start the treatment. Certainly feel taken advantage of. Requested Aveda products and they used something else. Do not recommend and will never go back."

"I've been going to Salon Cheveux for more than a decade. My current stylist, Kirsten, does a wonderful job coloring my red hair and giving me a great haircut. Overall the staff is friendly, professional and fun. And as an added bonus, I love the music playlists there! Would highly recommend."

"Giving 3 stars for hydrofacial… spent $300 for the “mid tier” level and was hoping for a deep cleanse. I came home an did one of those pore strips you can buy at the store and got way more success from that. Basically, if you want to get a deep clean, I would not go with the service. I have pretty normal to oily skin and I really didn’t see much improvement and there was no visible difference in my blackheads or pore size after (though it advertises as being deep cleaning). Super bummed because I spent a lot of money."

With that said I come here to get my hair done and relax not to feel like I'm in a loud dance club with thumping music and I certainly don't want to listen to Dua Lipa with swearing and profanity. PLEASE change the music to something relaxing so at least I can think straight and actually have a conversation with my stylist without screaming."
